Hi :) I am using nikkor 60mm f2.8D macro lens. it's the only macro lens i have used.
i saw in you post you have

Those for me are already superb.
I do use external SB800 flash in all my macro photos.
i shot handheld. the flash helps alot. it makes shooting fast and easy.
