The proposal should be first to eliminate the current affiliate system and then another proposal be crafted to introduce a new system. I would vote to eliminate the current system that is nothing but a

Changing from SWAP.HIVE to SPS makes sense. Saying "zero exposure to SPS or DEC" is mere rhetoric since there was/should be a decent pool with exposure to vouchers.

I am voting against this pre-proposal. The two fair things to do would be to either a) pay 300,00 SPS/month to the new pool or b) stop issuing the SPS to slow inflation Giving the DAO more and more funds

Another vote for adding a Promo card to the prizes. That will really encourage people to BURN!

So . . . it's crypto-winter. You've heard "buy low, sell high"? Profit-taking now is NOT a good idea unless you expect Splinterlands to crash and burn (and, if you do, please sell me your assets

This would be a great proposal if the SWAP were from DEC to SPS. Doing so would also allow far more tweaking. Suggesting Rebellion packs after seeing the need to try and eliminate them from chests doesn't

I think that what ****REALLY**** needs to be stressed is just the words "DURING TEAM SELECTION". Before you get to the arena, you can do anything you want and learn from anyone/anything. Once

Why not start it at 5x without any SPS staking and then make SPS staking beneficial from there? Many of us have staked all our SPS in Splinterlands and still haven't made it back to 10x (i.e. previous

So . . . I have a pretty major stake in the liquidity pools (at least, as far as my finances are concerned). Unfortunately, due to the tremendous loss in SPS's value over the lifetime of the pool, I'm

😃 B E T A !!! 😃

By the way, I am SO incensed by this that I have changed my vote from No to Yes. We have five days to get others to fight for the DAO. This is no longer just about bots -- it is about the DAO itself. A

Let's see. @Yabapmatt managed to get the proposer to include a "poison pill" and it still looked like it would pass. Then suddenly Aly steps in to ensure removing bots won't happen. Personally,

This is total BS. I voted against the proposal because I felt that it wasn't the best way to get rid of bots -- but the way that this went down is anathema to the entire concept of player ownership. I

Matt's edit is why I'm voting against this proposal. WE NEED ANTI-BOT MEASURES -- but not this way.

I think that the best option BY FAR would be to USE BUSD to buy HBD and stake it for 20%. It gets us out of BUSD, helps the HIVE community (us again) and makes the DAO a profit (us again).

AWESOME! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

That's not a bear. That's a beast!

Why U+D+C+RW instead of Modern? I love my Doctor Blight.

Your transparency is awesome. After FTX, I would have been surprised (and worried) if something like this didn't happen. Keep up the great work!

One point that doesn't seem to be being addressed by anyone is how this will affect bots. This change will make bots MUCH less attractive. When a ton of bots drop, rewards will go back up (somewhat) so
