📸 PhotoFeed Contest - Landscape Photography #155 : Wild horses on the slope of Cotapaxi, Ecuador

The national park surrounding the Cotapaxi volcano, has lots of wild horses on the slopes. Unfortunatly the snowy top was covered in clouds when I was here, but you can see some of the snow on the top. The volcano is 5.897 meters high. It is possible to drive up the slopes to a car park and from here walk to the Refugio José Ribas at 4.800 m. This is a lodge where climbers usually stay befor aim for the summit. If you have a good eye, it is possible to see condors, pumas, wolves and birds. This photo is my entry to @photofeed contest @photofeed/photofeed-contest-landscape-photography-round-155
