The city of Valparaiso (Chile) is located by the Pacific Ocean. This city is a UNESCO World Heritage site, because of its rich cultural heritage. It's located on a hilltop overlooking the ocean. The architecture is charming. So is all the amazing graffiti and street art. It's everywhere.
