I do think that a lot of accounts don't vote if they see a lot of voting already, which would seem to have a limiting effect. If that is the case, then engagement may be the pearl of payouts in the long game. It's also where Hive could use the most improvement among the user base, imo.

Similar can be true on engagement. If folks already say what I'm thinking, then there isn't much point in engagement. Of course, I can still vote on what I think is the closest to my thoughts.
