I believe that only DHF proposals should be approved if the proposer demonstrates they will invest at least four times the amount of DHF they receive in the Hive network. For example, if a game requests DHF, it should add liquidity to its token equivalent to four times the amount requested. This prevents the game from quickly becoming a game with a return on investment that takes thousands of years.
