I did say I have no idea where HiveBuzz gets the data, whether via members or from the blockchain. Either way, the query protocol belongs to @hivebuzz, and I suspect they get the data from the Hive blockchain, so if that returns Steemcleaners in the results, I'd argue that they are on the Hive blockchain. It's irrelevant for me as I couldn't care less if they are or aren't. 😇
