Any dish in Vietnamese cuisines are delicious differently and it is way too hard for me to tell you what dish you should try first. For me, my favorite breakfast I must have everyday is Vietnamese sandwich “bánh mì” and Vietnamese iced coffee with condense milk “cà phê sữa đá”.

Most of people talk about “phở” as a nationl dish of Vietnam but in my own opinion each of towns has its special local dish.

For example: Saigon (South) has “cơm tấm” (steamed broken rice with grilled pork and egg batters or vegan version), Hue (central) has “bún bò” (rice noodle soup with lemon grass, annatto oil, spicy beef), and Hanoi (north) has famous “phở”. (Rice noodle soup with beef or chicken and six outstanding herbs and spices).

So if you have plan to visit Vietnam, you can check with Vietnamese community or me, I am happy to help ;).

Have a nice weekend!
