En esta oportunidad les estaré compartiendo el paso a paso la elaboración de esta fácil y rico desayuno como lo es las panquecas con queso y margarina .
Los ingredientes son muy fáciles de encontrar en cualquier mercado o bodega local, los mismos son 400 gramos de harina de trigo leudante, una taza de agua, o si es de nuestra preferencia podemos usar leche, sal y azúcar al gusto. Para el relleno margarina y queso llanero duro.

Como les comente antes es muy fácil y rápido de hacer; en un recipiente amplio añadimos los ingredientes poco a poco vamos incorporando el agua y con un batidor manual vamos mezclando muy bien hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea

Una vez lista nuestra mezcla en una plancha precalentada colocamos una delgada capa en forma circular, pasados unos tres minutos volteamos y dejamos otros tres minutos, retiramos del fuego y ya podemos añadir la margarina y el queso o cualquier otro ingredientes de nuestro agrado. Este rico desayuno lo podemos acompañar de un buen café con leche.
