"When do you want to retire?"
My friend Lawrence appeared behind me and interrupted my empty stare into nothingness, it was a hot dry evening.
My right hand was firmly clasping my chill San Miguel bottle as I purposefully quench my thirst beside the pool.
It was just another day at my office work and the though of chilled beer was very enticing. It was my poison to flush away my days tension.
It works every single time but that question caught my attention.
Where I come from , people retire at 55 however Some even opt till 60.
I begin to ponder whether my employee provident fund will be enough to support me after my retirement.
Actually I have never given a serious thought until now.
My mind was busy again , seeking out the many unanswered questions pertaining to this provoking thought.
It looks like there are many factors to consider.Factors such as lifestyle choice, monthly budget , sustaining personal hobbies, medical allocation and etc.
What do you think is the best age to retire?
