Department of Defence in U.S is making use of Artificial Technology provided by Google. The project "Maven"of US military uses AI for analyzing the footage captured by the drones. It involves the Google's cloud unit as a part of Pentagon contract. The military made use of Tensorflow APIs of Google that enable in identifying objects in drone footage. Though the involvement of Google in the project maven was not public, but as discussions were carried out inside the company while information was shared over the emails, it alarmed the concerns among the employees.
