Nevertheless, stress isn't all that bad. Without stress, no one can overly achieve anything.

Truth. I remember about this neuroscientist Andrew Huberman saying that we need to be able to switch between stress and relaxation. Like know when we need to get things done and when we need to rest. Apparently, too much slacking off is not good for our brain. And yes, without healthy stress, we can't deep focus on something we are trying to achieve.
