I never watch anime at a higher speed than normal but I can understand why you'd want to do that, the problem with shounen anime in particular is how they keep repeating and explaining the most obvious things, probably for teenagers who have a short attention span, but for an adult it's annoying.
I don't get why people even started an argument about this, no one is obligated to "watch anime the right way", you can watch it however you want, maybe unless you're a reviewer or something like that.

Personally, I finish shows fast because I usually let them play out in the background while I'm doing other things, at this point I have watched too much anime that I can both understand Japanese and predict the plot of most shows without having to pay attention to the screen all the time.

Skip OP and ED, (unless it's something great like Assassination Classroom season 2 openings, or unskippable Mushoku Tensei's)

I don't think you and I ever talked about anime OP/EDs, it's nice to get a glimpse at your taste in music.
I like Mushoku Tensei's second ED btw.
