Snoring happens when you can't move air freely through your nose and throat during sleep. This makes the surrounding tissues vibrate, which produces the familiar snoring sound. People who snore often have too much throat and nasal tissue or “floppy” tissue that is more prone to vibrate. The position of your tongue can also get in the way of smooth breathing.

Causes of snoring

1) As increase in Age sound comes from nose and mouth.

2) Being overweight or out of shape.

3) The way you're built.

4) Nasal and sinus problems.

5) Alcohol, smoking, and medications.

6) Sleep posture.

7) Change your sleeping position.

8) Sleep on your side instead of your back.

Snoring is noisy breathing during sleep that happens when tissue vibrates in the upper airway. When the atmosphere is too cold and the nose is jammed due to severe cold and so snoring occurs the reason we cannot able to to breathe properly.
