I don't think to choose the right spiritual guru because why should we have guru in our life.If we have a motivational person or a teacher who teaches us everything how to became a good person with great personality.if we are playing games then there should be one leader who takes us to the glory so at that time we need a leader.
If we are choosing the right spiritual leader or guru he or she should have following quality
He/she should be calm.
He/she should be always hard worker towards us.
He/she should talk with us friendly.
She should be loving towards nature.
He should has great personality
He should always available at sports when we are loosing he should motivate us .
Above quality should have in a leader or a guru.
