How are we get paid in musing?

We get paid in musing in terms of steem dollar.as we give answer to a given asked question by someone then we have to wrote the answer in such a manner that it has proper meaning related to the question so musing community will upvote on the answer and we get paid on dollars and that dollars we directly increase our reputation score in steemit .so it is better way that instead of not writing answer we can also give question and for that steemit community gives upvote.so for both purpose we get a earning in terms of dollars.
So there is not a proper way that we have to only write answer or only question it is on us we can write answer as well as question we get earning from both the way and it is how the question is and how you have given the answer in a proper manner or not.
