If you don't getting upvotes on the answer on musing there are several problems you are facing such as:
1)The way you are writing it has Grammer mistake and the way you have explained has so much prenauciation mistake and has spelling mistake.
2)Voting power is low and so curator have to wait for the voting power to become full.so curator have to wait to become full voting power.
3)If you writing the answer away from the topic in the musing answer then also it will be the one reason.
4)There is no anything that it must have good length but it has proper meaning in the answer ,the way you are answering should like curator who are giving voting.
5)If you have done copy paste work then the curator will not upvote on your blog due to copy paste work and also he gives flag and so you decrease the reputation score.
