When you experience sorrow, hope in the Lord for we know that He has promised that He shall make all things new and right.
When unexpected storms come into your life, humble yourself before the mighty God who rides on the wings of the storm. Humble yourself before the One who rides on the wings and the waves of the storm. Humble yourself before the One who calms the wind and the waves with a word. Humble yourself before the One who has power over the storm. Humble yourself because if you’re going through hell today, you don’t have to ride through it alone, because He is watching you and is with you always.
God is not threatened by the rich and powerful of this world. He is not threatened by Iran’s nuclear capabilities. He is not threatened by North Korea. He is not threatened by Russia. He is not threatened by those who try to erase every shadow of Him from our nation and its foundation. He is not threatened by the scholars trying to disprove Him, for there is a day coming when every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth. The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming. Ps. 37:12-13.
