When a person has the will and desire to start a business many questions come to mind as you mention, will I have the market for it, will I be able to make the necessary sales to make a profit, among others.
However, the important thing is to be able to venture and do a field research to have some certainties about it.
Also the most important thing is to have the desire to do things because with sacrifice and dedication success is achieved.
