The difference is marked in the Venezuelan business society, hence the productivity and commitment of workers is notorious, since those who are in state enterprises must seek by other means what they do not receive from the employer and the sense of relevance is being lost. If this situation does not change, I foresee a more critical panorama than the one we have today.
