Melting Pot!!!! We used to have one of those in Seattle but it closed… gosh I am not sure when. (A quick internet search tells me there is still one in a nearby city though. 😃)

Fondue is fun. A friend of mine used to host a Christmas time Fondue party. The meat course did freak me out a little, but I like how your dinner spot provided cooking time instructions. Smart move.
