OMG. Hiring tradespeople is THE worst, because it is a gamble EVERY TIME. Ugh. I hope he comes around or at least gives you your radiators. I would definitely ask for them to be delivered so you can try to find someone else to finish the job. So sorry you have been dealing with this.
