Oh gosh! I went to Maroochydore 22 years ago! And for some reason in 2007/2008 was obsessed with the idea of buying a pair of dachshunds and naming them Maroochydore and Hozomeen (a town on the Canadian side of the US/Canada border). 😄😂

I got the dachshunds, but they got less flamboyant names. 😇

The beach looks so nice. That driftwood looks a bit like a beached whale. Glad your shoes didn’t float away. 😄
