It is apparent the highest upvote value is 30,173,859,664 rshares of Andree's, and Miloshpro is with least upvote value 4,833,451,879 rshares (please verify my statement about the difference). But pending_payout_value of Andree is showing zero for no apparent reason. This way anybody can win this contest, this is only for information. I only hope there is no cheating involved regarding pending_payout_value.

Hive expert would need be here and clarify this situation.
