In addition to the problem above with implementing the rule of the contest, I am now noticing that participants are giving upvotes even after post payout time.

As being interested in summoner contest #7 I am noticing changes after post payout time. Namely Fabiyamada upvoted all comments necessary to make Fabiyamada's comment be the lowest. It is easy to see that it was done after post payout time: @fabiyamada/activities (all votes from "Voted qdazyg by hundemama with 66%" till "Voted re-wer-gewinnt-qd3yqz by miloshpro with 40%").

I am certainly interested to see how you would rule all this out.
