Dude Japan sounds awesome. My wife and I have always wanted to go but it's so expensive that we have just never made it, I would really love to see Tokyo one day though. We both lived in Vancouver Canada for years too so we love sushi (lots of japanese restaurants in vancouver) but I'm with you on Urchin, it just grosses me out. We live in Barcelona now and the sushi here is stupid expensive and not good at all.
