Devil Gundam: Trimming Bottom Leg [Leg Modification - Part 89]

Hi guys!

Today, I will finish the connector then trim the other leg then do a progress test fit. So here are updates on Project Devil Gundam!

I have prepped all the pla plates to make the connector then I test fit the articulation. These connectors are very simple 3 pla plates and a pla rod. Since the weight of the whole kit is distributed through all the joints and articulations, I think a 1 mm pla rod should be able to handle the pressure.

Same method like the previous leg. Markings then handsaw, switch to hobby knife and file for more control.

Now that the trimmings and connectors are complete I can do a progress test fit. I think the angle of the piston looks good for me and so far nothing needs to be adjusted. So these are my update on Project Devil Gundam for today.

Tomorrow, I trim the bottom leg again to make some room for the connector. Keep on building! Keep on steeming! Have a nice day!
