Detailing Knee Mechanism
First, I start sketching some ideas on the actual piece I'm working on. Then I measure and trim some pla plates and cement in place.
Copy Paste and Cementing Process
Next, I copy the pla plate several times then make some guideline so I know where to cement. I also cement the bottom part of these mechanisms with a thin pla plates. Now all I have to do is leave these cure overnight before cleaning them up.
