Today I will continue on detailing the knee with custom panel lines and some pla plates. So here are updates on Project Devil Gundam!

Adding Pla Plates
I cement a small pla plate on top of the knee and trim the edges a little bit. Notice that I use a parallel line from the side of the knee as a guideline where I should cement the pla plate.
Adjusting Pla Plate Size
While the cement is curing I can continue my custom panel line from the side of the knee to the edges of the new pla plate.
I start with a pencil mark as usual then I retrace the line carefully using hobby knife.
Since dymo tape isn't going to work at this small space.

Adjusting Custom Panel Lines
The idea is to make a slicing move use blade of the hobby knife while having maximum amount of contact between the blade and the surface.
So you will get that straight panel line and once the line is deep enough retrace it with scribing pen.
Then finish with an actual chisel to get uniform width with the side of the knee. And so this is my updates for today on this Devil Gundam x Neue Ziel Project.
