Hi guys!

Today I will show you how I made the "seat" for Neue Ziel arm on my Project Devil Gundam. So here are todays' update.

This will be the actual "seat"

I stick together 3 pieces of pla plates together. I cemented them together and once they have cured properly I will drill through the hole

Manually drilling the hole

Using the biggest manual hand drill I have, I drill through the middle of the hole.

Clean using file manually

Then using file I manually cleaned up the edges.

After cleaning up

Took me quite a while to clean this up. And every now and then I test fit the Neue Ziel piece to make sure it fits nicely.

Another test fit with different angle

Here you can see how many layers of pla plates I used.

Making the legs for the "seat"

For this step I'm pretty sure there is a better way to do it but I haven't figure it out so I did it manually. I stuck the piece with the seat then put it together with the arm then turn it upside down carefully so I stayed there.

Then I cemented the legs together with the seat.

I'm certain that these aren't going to be exactly similar in terms of measurement but the overall purpose of the modification is achieved. Next is to let the cement cure properly then trim off the excess pla plates there. Then clean up as usual and close the top of the hole there. Finally another test fit!

So those are my updates today for my Project Devil Gundam.

Keep on building! Keep on steeming! Have a nice day
