Hi guys!
Today I will show you the "seat" I made for the Neue Ziel arms on my Project Devil Gundam. Since I'm not sure if this was going to work I only document the finished modification but tomorrow I will go through it again on the other arm.
So here are my updates for today on Project Devil Gundam.
This is the rough idea for the "seat"
Doesn't have to be pretty since this part will be hidden under the arms later.
Trimmed off excess as usual then clean using file
Simple routine of trimming off excess and cleaning up with file
Before and after modification
Test fit with the whole body and Neue Ziel arm extension
So it seems like the seat work quite well. If I take off the Neue Ziel arm, all you can see is just hole inside a bigger hole so it shouldn't be a problem. I could make some kind of a hatch but that would be harder and I have to clue whatsoever on how to do that.
Actually I do have an idea but it's very complicated since I've never done that sort of thing before. So maybe on the next modification I will take on that challenge.
