It is possible that they (some) are working hard, but it is also possible that many are working at the wrong things, jobs that might not actually suit them.

We also don't consider people who drag down the others around them. That is pretty common in all communities in the world. And performance of good people go down. And others find pleasure in that. I feel some of that can't be controlled at all.You have to leave that environment to change the life in general.
