Some people define themselves by their job, which is probably why so many people struggle after retirement

I guess for them the life goes too fast and also a lot of things they kind of don't look back and see oh I did that and all. Instead they take life in face value as some sort of routine and have no regrets and don't get time to regrets perhaps.
