The debt is one of the reason I try to avoid buying house. I am planning on getting small villa outside city abit away from the people. And it's cheaper though all other facilities are gone but overall it would add up on the peace of mind scale. Imagine trying to repay the loans in 50 if I take it for house in 40s.
