Blocktrades made a mistake of playing with FIAT and also opening up in US, which means SEC would start to get on the tail. As long as you just remain a swap site, for converting Hive to say other small altcoins, there would be no attention grabbing from them. But I suppose things like that would continue to happen every now and then.
