We don't get the bonus these days. The inflation and the pandemic times have caused this. From last year there seems to be no bonus or any form of the incentive anymore. We do however get the incentive of the health insurance and the health related services paid by the employer. I feel as we get more of such jobs where there is less office involvement there would be less perks. This is what remote work would be leading to less benefits.
