We often blame the people at the top chairs in Politics and Govt. However my observation is that most of the scams and the most of the leaks in the taxpayers funds are from the middle. And those people are neither left or right. They serve both and eat money through corruption from both sides. It's the middle dwellers who damage the system than the top in politics or top in govt.
