A lot of things going on with the chatGPT. And everyday I learn something new. Like say how this tech is in the process to take our jobs. A lot of us would lose the job immediately and some of us would take few years to lose the same.
My current approach would be learning the gaps in the market and learn when the ChatGPT AI is soon going to take over the workforce. I wish to discuss that and draw my own conclusion.
Microsoft and Google is in the process for the replacement of the minor tasks for which people employ real human. For example, some of the things that we delegate to other people, there will be office assistant for this type of the job.
My approach is that to find out how long it will take for the AI to become our assistant and it would take voice input and does most of the work based on that. I realized that office assistant APIs and the tools would not be same for the people but they will come out.
Currently the tool is known as the Office Co pilot. Based on my experience, I feel like reviewing the same but it would be taking some time and not something that would happen in one day of experience. So let's hope that ChatGPT would soon change the world.
Some jobs would be as good as replaced and some jobs would extend to using the AI. Like say if you hired the people to do the office skills. In near future you would be hiring the AI assistant and get the work done immediately instead of forcing you to hire 10 people.
Replacements will happen. But there is also a chance that 10 people would be hired and that is not going to happen from this point onwards. Now a days you would find that a single AI and the people who handle that AI would be employed.
In short, this year we may not see the jobloss to the AI yet. But be ready as the API tools out there would slowly remove the jobs. And that would also save the money of business people. And things would slowly change.
