I have bunch of documents coming up for the work specific to the HR. I have one HR person at home. And they are kind of tired of the variety of the documents that they have to prepare and work with and so they always need some sort of the templates that can be used for the HR work.
In this context I decided to make use of the Grammarly. Why? Because I already have the power of the grammarly subscription. And I thought why not use it for some real work and get the document creation done. All the available features inside and also no need to work for hours.
So here's how I made the documents for HR using the grammarly go!
First thing make sure to have a subscription to either chatGPT or the grammarly. Either one of them would do. I prefer chatgpt as it can do more work than the grammarly. Most of the work that grammarly does is the text and document related and chatgpt can do much more than that as well.
Here's how the prompt went for me.
You are an HR Person. Make sure to write a letter that would announce the new employee into the company.
This was an example. I wrote like 11 documents on the emails and letters. And that is not all, I am currently in the process of writing like 20 or more HR documents which are going to be specific to the guide and the legal handbook type. This would make it easier for me to explain my ideas how to use the chatgpt or the grammarly go.
I think it's a good option to use them and you would be able to do a lot of things. And this could be saving you a lot of time. Like you can write one document after another. Plenty of interesting documents you can write there. I think most of the people who need the office writers and the desk workers to do this type of the job. I suppose that is kind of gone now.
Grammarly is a good option for trying out the AI assisted writing. And also you can get plenty of interesting template format style content in the same. If you can use it properly that would be a good option for you too. I know it is not that easy but if you manage to design and write well that would be a good option with the Grammarly Go.
