I used to be a consumer. I never made money till the year 2017. And first time I started earning from the youtube is when there was earning in the 2018. And then slowly I started earning. From this year onwards, the earning has reduced too.
Though this means there is more competition. And also it means that there are some really strong things that would be going on. Like say economy is shifting towards the easy consumption. So you have to up your game as well.
There are tons of tech channels so not all people earn the same. So some of the people would earn good and then there are some who would struggle with the monetization. This means we have to treat the content type too.
Like say comedy and personal blogs would be earning more in the video format. And that also means that more people have to experiment with their approach on the earning and the content. If they can do that in that case it would earn them good.
If the monetization has to be viewed, we have to think of the things from the content economy context. We have lot of interesting things to experience in the times to come. Like say there are some good changes coming.
I know we earn from hive but for most of us that is not enough. So it takes forever to earn out of the content and even more harder in case of the future income that is generated out of the content.You have to think of multiple sources of income too.
Like say one in hive, another in youtube and so on. So this way you would be able to do good with the content income and also it can bring you some stability too. So in that context you have to trea things as well.
I have seen enough of the content industry to make any strong comment. I realized that content economy is not stable or consistent for all. but if things work out I feel that it can be a solo income sources for many people.
In short, there can be a chance for content economy. However we have to learn to diversify for the same. It's not easy but one should diversify as much as possible.
