I come across a lot of new articles which are focused on how the AI would be giving more jobs. But there is not much coverage of the jobs that were killed in the process. And in that sense you can see how the chatGPT would be in motion for this.
ChatGPT has been killing some of the small jobs slowly. And today I want to discuss one such job post where the job of multiple was replaced and now out of 10 only one would be employed in the process.
A lot of people think that analysts are in the demand. But in reality, AI is taking over this space. The models and the constraints on the AI would prove more beneficial. You can make the AI more stronger and smarter of the lot. And so this job can be replaced by the machine.
They can search data faster than the humans, they can filter it out faster as well. And the job of many can be done by one as well. So in short more people can be out of job of this type. One person is more than enough for the data analysis job.
My learning from this is if the analysis jobs are to be retained there is a chance that sooner or later only the person who knows how to manipulate the chatGPT would be getting the job. That's something we don't have control over either.
Now the new analysts would be competing among each other on who to get the job and also who does the chatGPT work better. So the prompt writing competition would be there. And that would be giving one job. So that's new filtering among candidates.
My understanding is that if things were to settle in a positive way. We have to check out which tool would be lot faster and also giving you better results for your business. Some of the time that is something we have to learn to adjust with and work upon as well.
Life can be pretty tough. You have to be really serious with the variety of changes that are about to happen from this point onwards. because we all know how bad that be in near future. So the world is going through some changes.
