Visual Studio has a lot of goodies that can save your time. As .net world gets more AI then things would be a good option for anyone who wants to do app development. And if anyone wants to quickly develop and deploy small and static apps, that can be a good approach.
I know a lot of people find the Visual Studio on pretty high load on their website servers and also on the desktop too. Some of the simple apps where you want to run API based tools, you can make use of the Blazor too.
So I followed the classic tutorial from the documentation. And you would have the results like one image or say window from the below image. That would give you a direction for the app development and also for the database connectivity.

So what's Missing? As of now the Linux based deployment and also the Linux servers making use of the .net like it is some nginx server and the local servers is kind of missing. So that's something I am trying on my own too. It's a good development on the .net side that they are also doing this on mac and the linux.
The thing is if the Mac and Linux get the .net specific components that would be a good for development of the web. And also there would be more users from the mac side making use of the visual studio. So it's a good thing. I feel like the .net based components on the Linux are not yet much out there but we need to see that.
Wrapping up. I feel developing some of the small apps and the single page app you can make use of the Blazor app. So the app development using the tech like this would be a good for option of development there. In that case there are some of the approach, where the app dev of single page site using this .net tech is a good choice.
