It's unfair for content creators if yours is not an isolated case. Where's the quality in their Quality team if people are still clueless about what's going on with their account.

Since you've mentioned spam messages from pharmaceutical websites, I gotta say I receive tons of comments like the ones you receive as well on one of my blog posts! Very inconvenient and annoying!
