I can really relate to what you wrote. At first, when a workplace feels warm and friendly, it gives us hope that maybe this time things will be different. But as the company grows, rules and pressure from the top often change the whole culture. It’s tough when flexibility and respect slowly fade away. I agree with you that the best thing we can do is keep building our skills and stay prepared, so we always have options when things shift.
