Hi dtubers and Steemians!!!! Welcome to the third part of the vlog entitled "Journey towards my Village" which I shot while driving through the city Shimla. This city is one of the most beautiful and famous hill stations in North India. It has green trees with hills and mountains surrounding the city from all sides. You will see me entering the city by car. The part of city that I reach first is known as Tu-Tu. This place is the starting point of the city that is not less than London when it comes to scenic beauty and charm. Though the problems in the city are varied and numerous. Narrow roads and excessive construction of the buildings by the side of the road are two glaring issues that we have in the city. The second point that I reach is Lakkar Bazaar ( Market of Woods). As woods are sold here, that's why it has come to be known as the market of woods. You will see the bus stop with countless people waiting for the buses. I too captured the view of two tunnels. The Victory Tunnel deserves special mention due to its historical importance and the second one located at a place called 'Auckland' is newly-constructed. After driving through the tunnel at Auckland, I reached another important location known as 'Snowdon' that has got its name due to the heavy snowfall it receives every year during winters. I too captured a view of the college where I studied during my college days. Thereafter I took bypass and went through the newly-constructed road that took me straight to the other end of the city. In this vlog my journey continued up to a famous tourist destination called 'Hassan Valley' that has always been the centre of attraction for tourists visiting Shimla. 'Hassan Valley' has derived its name from a person named Hassan who had worked as a tourist guide in Shimla several decades ago. In this vlog, my journey continued up to this point and it will come to an end in the next vlog. Do watch it completely and your feedback will be highly appreciated.
