You said bridges were built
to save the abyss between two souls.
Mine understood of flowers and trees,
yours orbited faraway
where the dreams of the earth
become stars' dust
and sadness
is nowhere to be found.
(In this white room
where I stand alone
voices -outside-
feel like a magnet
to the hopeless part of me:
«He's not real», they claim
and I don't want to listen
«You made him up», they insist).
You said that at the beginning
there were silence and love
and then light was born -in the hearts-
of all living things.
But I've looked around
and there is no love in here,
so please,
do come for me,
before they send me to sleep.
