If you are using your own images, you don't have to bother about the rules on copyright. However, they are a good guide for all your contents. I included a lengthy rule on copyright because I see that Hive is rife with copyright breaches. When Hive becomes popular like the other social media sites, that is when you will see users being sued for breaches.
As for the staking you don't have to have stakes in all three tokens. However, the three tokens are tokens that are worth investing in as they have great potential, imho. Besides, currently you can buy them at really cheap prices.
By the way, I see that for your posts on DIY you don't use the tag #diy, I suggest you do so henceforth so that your posts will also appear on https://build-it.io. That gives your posts extra eyeballs and possibly the chance to earn BUIDL tokens too.
