Dear @juanmolina, it is not only Venezuela that has been affected by corrupt officials. There are many more. In many countries the countries' finances are strong enough to sustain such corruption and life goes on as usual. Don't be mistaken. Even some officials in developed countries can be corrupt and have offshore bank accounts to hide their wealth.
