The weather was as lovely as it could have been. Lush greenery on both sides of road and misty rain shower was perfect combination for lovely weather. So far even after spending 4 days in Andaman we were as excited as on the first day of our trip. All the experiences were unique and enriching of this tour.

This was going to be another beach and water sports adventure. The red skin island is known for its unspoiled seascapes, colorful corals, gorgeous rain forests and azure waters. It is located in 'Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park in the village of Wandoor. This park is around 30 km from the city of Portblair and it took us around 1 hour to reach here.

From here we got our tickets to visit the Red Skin Island and boarded our destined boats.
My father developed some pain in his neck and shoulder area so he didn't boarded the boat to 'Red Skin Island' and rather waited at 'Marine Park lawn'.

On the way to Red Skin Island we witnessed some more islands from a distance.

The water there was crystal clear on this island, we did some under water activities there. The coral eco system is also very flourishing here.

One of the natural and charming aspects of the Red Skin Island is that it is soaked in the glory of diverse flora and fauna. The shallow waters help visitors explore the amazing sea life beneath and provide an aesthetic experience. Also making a perfect combination with the pristine environment is the overall time taken to reach the island which makes you believe in the concept of “Dream Destination”. We did some snorkeling here and enjoyed the beach and corals in shallow waters.

Back from the trip when heading towards Port Blair, we stopped by a 'Rubber Plantation' and witnessed the process of extracting rubber from trees and processing it further to make raw rubber.
