It is a red beer from the Franken area in Germany.
Sure, I got this from their website https://brobier-brewing.com/pages/uber-uns and translated it
There is a story behind every company. Ours has been anything but planned. Even in the current times, we continue to educate and develop ourselves and learn something new with every new challenge. And what else there is to learn in the world of beer!
But now to our story.
This very special little brewery was born out of a passion for drinking good beers. We are from Reckendorf and we brew our beers here at the Schlossbrauerei. All 100% from us and our pen! We have two brewhouses here and our own storage tanks. Two independent breweries are unusual but also extremely special and sensible. We are 120% behind our creations and would be delighted if you like them as much as we do! We, BroBier, are friends Andreas Eckschmidt and Johannes Lurz, who have used this method to push our home brewery from a hobby to a professional business.

From the mulled wine kettle to the brewing kettle
If you like drinking beer, you should know your way around it. That or something like that was our basic idea. With the help of countless books, we familiarized ourselves with the subject until we were ready to start our very first brewing attempt. We prepared our first brew in a mulled wine kettle and were rewarded with a solid amber. Based on this positive experience, we experimented, tried and improved from then on. We didn't want to simply re-brew something, we wanted to do our own thing from the start and brew our beer according to new recipes. This ambition resulted in a thick folder with our own recipes and demand from friends and acquaintances, which we were soon no longer able to meet. But even increasing our equipment was not enough. In 2017, we therefore switched to a professional brewery for the first time and brewed our increasingly popular beer there from then on.

They talk about their new red beer at bierothek.de/
The latest coup in the BroBier range is their Franconian red beer. The lager with an alcohol content of 4.5% flows into the glass in a clear amber color and forms a fine-pored, slightly tinted head. When poured, the beer exudes a wonderful aroma of raisins, cranberries, soft, dark caramel and freshly baked stollen. A hint of redcurrant jam adds a tart note to the aroma. The first taste is a medium-bodied beer with pleasant carbonation and plenty of flavor. The malt hits the tongue first: Grainy and slightly doughy, it forms a basis for the fruity notes that follow. A sweet and sour interplay of aromas unfolds on the palate and presents fruity notes of cranberries and blackcurrant. The finish is dry and lingers on the tongue for a long time with a soft caramel note.
This damn good burger was on my plate and I feel guilty to show this. What brings me to the idea of having a meetup next summer in that burger place close to Aachen in Germany with some more Hivians
